Yoga therapy is a healing modality that holistically increases wellbeing and restores vitality through the application of the teachings and practices of yoga. Yoga therapy is a way to reclaim your spirit and physical health from the effects of disease, chronic pain, stress, trauma, and more. My approach honors your innate wisdom and always considers the full picture of your health.

Physical and mental-emotional pain can have debilitating effects on quality of life, especially when allopathic medicine falls short. At the heart of my work is the belief that there is always space for positive change. My mission is to support you in reconnecting with the ease and joy that is your birthright.
