Preparing for Your Session

Before your first session, you'll fill out an intake form overviewing your health, lifestyle, concerns, and goals for working together. The first session is 90 minutes, and we'll review your intake form together before beginning practice. We can meet in-person or via Zoom. The specific mind-body practices we do will be tailored to your interests as well as your needs and goals. You can always count on moving and intentional breathing. The first session is also a great opportunity to build the foundations of functional anatomical alignment and healthy breathing patterns.

Yoga therapy is a progressive modality, meaning each session builds on the previous ones and the results grow with time and practice - it's slow (but lasting) medicine! For this reason it is recommended that you commit to at least three sessions to see maximum benefits. Sliding scale payment options are available for those with limited resources.
