Sessions are available in-person in Sonoma, California, or remotely via Zoom. A free discovery call is available for new clients to ask any questions and make sure it feels like a good fit. Discounted rates are available when you book multiple sessions in advance.

Discovery Call for New Clients (30 Min): Free

Let's get to know each other! An opportunity to clarify any questions you might have about yoga therapy and chat about your health goals.

Yoga Therapy (90 Minutes): $90

First sessions are always 90 minutes, and I encourage all sessions to run this length (they go by so fast!). However, I understand time and budget restraints might not always make this possible. Ask about my sliding scale payment options if you are experiencing financial hardship.

Yoga Therapy (60 Minutes): $65

60-minute sessions can be booked after your initial consultation as needed for therapeutic support.

Yoga Therapy, First 3 Sessions for $150

For new clients, I offer the first three sessions for the discounted price of $150. You'll gain foundational practices and tools that you can apply in your daily life with tangible results.

Deep Relaxation/Yoga Nidra (45 Minutes): $45

Experience the healing benefits of deep relaxation, or yoga nidra. This practice brings you to a deep state of peace between wakefulness and sleep and has numerous benefits, especially for mental health.

Yoga Therapy, 6 Class Pack: $450 (90 Minutes) or $325 (60 Minutes)

Receive a discounted rate by booking six classes in advance. Commit to your healing journey and enjoy the long-term benefits of consistent practice!

1-Month Weekly Practice Package:

$300 (90 Minutes) or $230 (60 Minutes)

This package is for those wishing to commit to one yoga therapy session a week for four consecutive weeks. This is a good place to start if you are new and want to learn the basics at a discounted rate, or if you enjoy the consistency and benefits of weekly sessions.

We'll meet once a week for one month, and I'll provide unlimited email communication between appointments.

Group Yoga Therapy: $80+ $5/person (90 Minutes) or $50 + $3/person (60 Minutes)

Group yoga therapy can be booked for retreats, corporate settings, or other events. The class will have a broad therapeutic focus so all students feel balanced and restored.
