Discovery Call for New Clients (30 Min): Free

Let's get to know each other! An opportunity to clarify any questions you might have about yoga therapy and chat about your health goals.

Yoga Therapy (90 Minutes): $108

First sessions are always 90 minutes, and I encourage all sessions to run this length (they go by so fast!). However, I understand time and budget restraints might not always make this possible. Ask about my sliding scale payment options if you are experiencing financial hardship.

Yoga Therapy (60 Minutes): $75

60-minute sessions can be booked after your initial consultation as needed for therapeutic support.

Yoga Therapy, First 3 Sessions: $200

For new clients, I offer the first three sessions (one 90-minute session followed by two 60-minute sessions) for the discounted price of $200. You'll gain foundational practices and tools that you can apply in your daily life with tangible results.

Yoga Therapy for Children and Teens

I also specialize in therapeutic yoga for children and young adults with complex needs, autism, and neurodivergence. Please contact me to discuss this offering and your child's needs in greater depth.

Yoga Therapy: Sliding Scale

For anyone in need of yoga therapy support who cannot afford my base rates. Rates vary case-by-case depending on financial need. Please contact me for more information.
